Thank you for using SuperOffice Online.
This release is a scheduled maintenance release of CRM Online 8.4 and contains various bug fixes and improvements.

Major news we have addressed in this version are :

- Add support for SMS provider Twilio in Service
- Make Online template library available from the "New mailing"-wizard
- Introducing Opening hours to chat
- Manage presence of chat agents
- Disconnect person from company through Bulk Update
- Bug fixes and improvements (see attached link for details) Release Notes

This is the first group of two to be upgraded. Expected downtime is up to 10 minutes between 22:00 and 23:30 cet.
The next group will be upgraded the upcoming Friday.
