This release is a scheduled maintenance release of CRM Online 8.4.
Major news we have addressed in this version are :
- Reply on ticket can set owner and status automatically
- Apply sorting when performing mail merge to printer (PDF)
- Forward / Reply feature on single messages
- Reply request dialog removed - "quick reply" is improved
- Chat - add custom message to waiting for agent
- Macros are available for all user plans
- New icons for apps and web panels in the navigator
- Improvements in Macros and CRM Script
- Bug fixes and improvements Release Notes
This is the first group of two to be upgraded. Expected downtime is up to 10 minutes between 22:00 and 23:00 cet.
The next group will be upgraded the upcoming Friday.
