This is a continuation of the maintenance from last Tuesday.
Customers who were updated at this time will not be affected today.

This release is a scheduled maintenance release of CRM Online 8.5.

Major news we have addressed in this version are :

- 50 + new Form templates in Online Template Library
- New preferences added to suppress splash screen to install/upgrade web tools
- Service: Select language when using reply templates in a ticket
- Possible to View and Edit ExtraTables in Sales - Web panel
- Quick search box: Type in # to get the tag chooser
- Bug fixes and improvements (see attached link for details)

Expected downtime is up to 10 minutes between 22:00 and 01:00 n.d. cet.
