This is a continuation of the maintenance from last Tuesday. Customers who were updated at this time will not be affected today.
This release is a scheduled maintenance release of CRM Online 8.4. Major news we have addressed in this version are :
- New Online template library for Mailings and Forms - Import of persons not linked to a company - Service - Attachments moved to message header - Inbox - Delete button moved to email toolbar - Chat - Get consent to Sales and Service (store) in pre-chat form - Performance improvements - Bug fixes and improvements (Release Notes)
Expected downtime is up to 10 minutes between 22:00 and 01:00 n.d. cet.
